What data we collect
The website only collects the data you choose to provide by filling in the contact form:
- name
- email address
- phone number, if you provide one
- location, if you provide one
- service of interest, project type and indicative timing
- the text of your message
- any files you attach (photographs, floor plans, documents)
The website does not use profiling cookies or advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is the language you selected, so the site opens in the right language next time.
Why we process it
The data is used solely to reply to your request, assess which service best suits your case and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, together with the consent you give when submitting the form.
How it is stored
Requests submitted through the form are stored in the website's content system and forwarded by email to info@monicaturiinteriors.it. Email is sent through the mail service of Aruba S.p.A.; the website is hosted on an OVH SAS server located in the European Union.
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship arising from it, and in any case no longer than the periods required by law. Attached files are kept only for as long as needed to assess the project.
Who it is shared with
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the technical providers that make the website and the email service work (hosting and email), in compliance with applicable law.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing or withdraw the consent you have given.
